Brandon Wages' Banana Blossom Salad – Red Boat Fish Sauce

Ingredients

• ½ cup Shredded Banana Flower (soaking in Lime juice and water)
• ¼ cup Pulled Chicken and Pork (1/2 & ½)
• 1/8 cup Bean Sprouts
• 1/8 Cup Sliced Star Fruit (or similar seasonal fruit)
• 1/8 cup Minced Herbs
• 2 TBL Cilantro
• 2 TBL Ram Herbs
• 2 TBL Sesame Seeds Toasted
• 2 TBL Peanuts
• 2 TBL Sliced red Jalepenoes (no Seeds)
• 1 oz Dressing
• 1 ea Banana Flower petal
