  • 3 tablespoons thinly sliced red onions
  • ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
  • SAUCE
  • 1 poblano pepper (2 to 3 ounces), roasted, peeled and seeds removed
  • ⅓ cup pear slices (from the can)
  • 3 tablespoons reserved pear juice
  • SLAW
  • 1 cups thinly sliced green cabbage
