- 1/2 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 3 Tablespoons butter, melted

- 3 Cups Monterey Jack or 4-cheese Mexican blend, shredded
- 1 Large bell pepper, sliced thin
- Black olives, sliced, to taste, optional
