Blackberry Fig Jam

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 3 ounces dried mission figs, destemmed
- ⅓ cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Juice of 10 lemons
- ½ an orange, peeled and juiced
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon water
