• 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
• 1 liter chicken stock
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 handful chopped parsley
• 1/4 bunch of parsley sprigs
