• 6 bananas, <em>mashed</em>
• ¾ cup crushed pineapple
• ½ cup coconut, <em>plus more for garnish</em>
• ⅓ cup chopped pecans, <em>plus whole pecans for garnish</em>
• 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
• ¾ cup butter, at room temperature
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon almond extract
• ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
• 1 ¾ cups powdered sugar
