• 15 oz ricotta cheese
• 0.50 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 eggs, beaten
• 6.50 oz cooked crab meat
• 2 oz diced pimientos
• 5 tbsp finely chopped parsley
• 1 tsp salt
• 0.50 tsp ground black pepper
• 3 tbsp butter
• 1 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 green onion, sliced
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tsp lemon juice
