Prawn & Chicken Stir Fry Pasta recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon garlic
• And 250g stir fry veges
• 1Tblsp lemon pepper
• 1 tablespoon Cajun spice
• Little salt
• +- 1 teaspoon green crushed chilli
• Add white pepper (optional)
• Add thin strips of 2 chicken fillets
• Little shallot (spring onion)
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic
• 1 tablespoon chilli paste or Red masala (optional)
• Add 450g cleaned deveined shelled prawn that was marinated with Aminas sweet sour sauce and ½ teaspoon sesame seeds
• Add the spagetti or any pasta you prefer
