- 1 cup of warm water
- 1 tsp of salt
- 3 tbsp of Honey
- 2 tbsp of Sunflower Oil
- 2 tbsp of Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 3 cups of white bread flour
- 1/4 a cup Wheatgerm
- 1 1/2 tsp of Yeast
