Ingredients

• 2 cups (500 ml) maple syrup
• 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
• 1 cup (250 ml) corn syrup
• 1 cup (250 ml) water
• 1/2 box 250 g phyllo pastry, thawed
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter, melted
• 6 cups (1.5 litres) toasted pecans, chopped
