• 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
• 1 onion
• 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of flour
• 2 eggs
• 200 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
• Salt and pepper
• Olive oil
• 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of cheddar cheese
