• 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 cup De Winkel All Natural Plain Unsweetened Yoghurt
• 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
• Freshly ground sea salt & black pepper, to season
• Fresh coriander, to serve
