Ingredients
- 6 Granny Smith Apples, peeled and cut into 1/2" thick slices
- 15 Blackberries, or dried cherries, or something to mix well with the apples
- ½ cup Apple Cider
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup or Honey
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Pie Crust (Pillsbury or homemade)
- 3 tbsp Butter
