Basque Burnt Cheesecake — Annabel Langbein – Recipes

Ingredients

• 600g cream cheese full fat, at room temperature
• 1 cup raw/golden caster sugar
• finely grated zest of 1 orange
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves (optional)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 5 eggs
• 300ml heavy cream
• 1/4 cup plain flour or gluten-free flour
• 1/2 cup crème fraîche
• 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
• finely grated zest of 1/2 an orange
• 1 tbsp icing sugar
