Ingredients
- 6 hot cross buns
- 3 large eggs
- 125ml (½ cup) fresh cream
- 125ml (½ cup) milk
- 2,5ml (½ tsp) ground cinnamon
- 2,5ml (½ tsp) ground ginger
- 30ml (2 tbsp) brown sugar
- 50g raisins
- 30g (3 tbsp) unsalted butter,
- softened
- 50g dark chocolate, cut into chunks
- 50g white chocolate, cut into chunks
- icing sugar, for dusting
- cocoa powder, for dusting
