Molasses Corn Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup cornmeal
• 3/4 cup sweet rice flour
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp xanthan gum
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 cup dark molasses
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 1/2 tsp melted margarine
• 1 Tbsp canola oil
