Ingredients
- 500 g of plain flour
- 20 g fresh yeast or 1 package dry yeast
- 250 ml lukewarm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 70 g icing sugar
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar (approx. 18 g)
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- butter for greasing the cake pan
- caster sugar for dusting the cake pan
- 3 tbsp butter
- 5 tbsp sugar
- 10 tbsp STROH 60 or STROH 80
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 25 g raisins
