• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 1 shallot (diced)

• 1 lemon (juice)
• 2 lemons (zest)
• 1/4 cup basil leaves (sliced)
• 1 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup finely grate Parmesan
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 3 tbsp olive oil
