Ingredients

• 1 shallot, minced
• splashes of red wine vinegar
• 3 cloves garlic
• 8 anchovy fillets
• Leaves from 3 small bunches parsley, finely chopped
• Leaves from 1 small bunch summer savory, finely chopped
• ¹⁄₄ cup capers, rinsed and chopped
• Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
• 1 baguette, crusts trimmed away, insides coarsely chopped
• 1 cup olive oil
• Juice of 1 lemon
