Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 2 cups sweet onions, sliced 1/8" thick
- 1 ½ lbs beef top round, trimmed, diamond pounded and cut into cutlets
- ¼ cup Viognier or Chardonnay
- 12 oz mushrooms, sliced.... or more
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- ½ package onion mushroom soup, dry
- 1 package McCormick Brown Gravy Mix
- 2 cups Lite stock of choice, a soft vegetable stock is really nice in this
- to season garlic powder
- to season black pepper
- to season kosher salt
- 3 tbsp dark roux
