Ingredients

• 2 medium sweet potatoes (approximately 2 cups)
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup Ontario whipping cream
• 2 tbsp white sugar
• 1/4 cup unsalted Ontario butter, melted
• 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp dry ginger
• 1/2 tsp allspice
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp vanilla
• 1 large egg
• 1/2 cup whole pecans
• 1 tsp orange zest (optional)
• 18 pre-made tart shells
