• 2 tsp red gel food colouring
• ¾ cup butter, softened
• 2 Tbsp canola oil
• 1 cup plus 3 Tbsp granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• ½ cup butter, softened
• 8oz cream cheese, softened
• 4 cups powdered sugar
