Ingredients

• 300 g ground beef
• 1 slice bacon
• ¼ cup onion (diced)
• ¼ cup carrot (diced)
• ¼ cup celery (diced)
• 1 clove garlic (minced)
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 200 g canned chopped tomato
• 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
• ½ cup red wine
• 2 cups chicken stock
• 1 bay leaf
• a pinch each of salt (pepper & sugar)
• 160 g shiratamako rice flour (plus extra if needed)
• 30 g grated parmesan cheese
• 200 ml water
• salt & pepper
• blue (green and brown food coloring)
