Codfish Fry - Riberalves

Ingredients

• 800 g deep-frozen soaked cod fish stew Riberalves
• 800 g of potatoes
• 1 courgette
• 2 onions
• 1 small can of chopped tomato
• 0.5 dl of olive oil
• 1 vegetable bouillon cube
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 bunch of coriander
• Salt and pepper q.b.
