Ingredients

• 10 g yeast
• 250 g cold water
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ¾ tsp coarse salt
• 125 g wholemeal durum flour
• 250 g (approximately two cups) strong white bread flour
• 300 ml tomato sauce (e.g., pizza sauce)
• 200 g Puck® Shredded Creamy Mozzarella Cheese
• 50 - 60 charcoal pieces
• 300 g large prawns, cooked and peeled
• 1½ bundles spring onions in thin rings
• 3 small garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 tsp finely grated lemons zest
• 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1½ tbsp olive oil
• 1 handful shredded fresh basil
• coarse salt to taste
• freshly ground pepper
• fresh basil leaves to taste
