• 2 pounds Ground Beef (I like to use 1 lb. 85% lean and 1 lb. 93% lean)
• 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
• 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
• 1 Egg
• Lettuce (Washed and dried)
• Roma Tomato (Fresh)
• Cheese (Sliced, like swiss or white cheddar)
• Thousand Island Dressing (Homemade fry sauce, or Italian dressing (optional))
