Ingredients

• 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
• 1 ts Sugar
• 1 tb Salt
• 1 tb Virgin olive oil
• 1/2 c fresh cilantro leaves Minced
• 1 lb Roma tomatoes
• 4 chipotle chilies en adobo Chopped
• 1/2 Onion (chopped)
• 1/4 c Virgin olive oil
• 1 lb Roma tomatoes Blackened
• 4 ts garlic Finely minced roasted
