• ½ egg, beaten
• 1 tablespoon heavy cream
• 1 tablespoon melted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
• ⅛ teaspoon allspice
• ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
• ¾ cup sugar
• ¾ cup dark corn syrup
• 3 eggs
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• Pinch of salt
• ¾ cup pecans
