- 12 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 handful coriander leaves (roughly chopped )

- 2 T stem ginger syrup
- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T vodka
- Salt and Black Pepper
