Chef Cosme's Family style Tuna Ceviche with Avocado Salsa – DAVOCADOGUY

Ingredients

• 2 Lbs fresh Tuna
• 1/2 cup Canola or Grapeseed oil
• 2 Ripe Avocados
• 2 Tsp Salt
• 1/2 bunch of Cilantro
• 1 Habanero pepper
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 cups Ice
• 1 Orange for zest
• 1 Lime for zest
• 1 Lemon for zest
• 2 Thinly sliced radishes for plating
• Chopped Chives or Sprigs of Cilantro for plating
• 1 Serrano pepper for plating
• Thinly sliced Red Onion for plating
