• 2 cups sliced leeks (about 2 leeks, white and light green parts)
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 ribs celery, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 4 cups chicken stock or vegetable stock
• 2 cups peeled and diced potatoes
• ¼ cup (35%) whipping cream
• ¼ teaspoon each salt, black pepper and celery salt
