• 1 17oz. can English Peas, drained
• 1 17oz. can corn, white or yellow, drained
• 1 15oz. can cut green beans, drained
• 1 15oz. can black beans, drained
• 1 15oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
• 1 12oz. jar pimentos, drained
• 3/4 cup celery, diced
• 1/2 large red onion, diced
• 1/2 green pepper, diced
• 1/2 red pepper, diced
• parsley, to taste
