Ingredients

• 1 cup Fennel
• 1 cup Beetroot
• 1 cup carrot
• 1 cup toasted sunflower seeds
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons non dairy yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1 tablespoon agave/maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon asafoetida
