- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dessicated coconut
- 1 litre mango sorbet
- 500 millilitres raspberry sorbet
- 125 grams punnet raspberries
- 1 mango, peeled, thinly sliced
- pulp of 2 passionfruit
