Ingredients

• 1 pound chicken tenders, diced
• 1/2 onion, finely diced
• 1 (32-ounce) container chicken stock
• 1 (0.87-ounce) packet chicken gravy mix
• 1 cup milk or half-and-half
• 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables, of your choice
• 2 cups premade baking mix (such as Bisquick™)
• 2/3 cup water, warm
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• parsley, optional, to taste, for garnish
