- 80g/3oz chilled crab meat (brown and white meat)
- 2 ripe kiwi fruit , peeled and cut into small cubes
- 1 shallot , finely chopped
- 10cm/4in piece of cucumber , seeds removed, cut into small cubes
- salt
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 tbsp unsalted soft butter
