Ingredients

• 1 can (25 oz.) Juanita’s Mexican Style Hominy or Juanita’s White Hominy , rinsed and drained
• 4 white potatoes, peeled
• 1/4 white onion, chopped
• 1/2 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 cup melting cheese
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• Corn tortillas
• Oil for frying
• Fresh cheese, grated
• Mexican crema for serving
