Bucatini Amatriciana Recipe - homecooked.cz
There are many variations of this recipe as it's one of the staple pasta recipes. In my version I'm also adding one small anchovy to create more complex taste.
Ingredients
- ½ tbsp Butter
- ½ tbsp Olive Oil
- ½ Onion
- 1 Small Anchovy
- ¼ tsp Chilli Flakes
- 60 g Bacon
- ½ Italian Tomatoes
- 170 g cooked bucatini
- ¼ cup Pecorino Cheese
- Freshly Grated Cheese
