Ingredients

• 750g baby potatoes
• 6 to 8 rashers of The Jolly Hog Black Treacle Streaky Bacon
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp onion granules
• 1 tsp garlic granules
• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs
• A handful of fresh herbs of your choice (parsley, chives, dill...)
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp light mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp sour cream
• Juice of half a lemon
