• 4 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup 2% milk
• 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, shredded
• celery leaves, optional, to taste, for garnish
