Christmas Dinner Pie - Canada's Food Island

Ingredients

• 6 cup AP flour
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 2.75 cup Lard
• 1 Egg
• 1 cup Cold water
• 1 cup Bread crumbs
• 1 cup Mashed potatoes
• 0.25 cup Finely chopped onions
• 2 tbsp Summer savoury
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 3 tbsp Chicken stock
• 5 large Russet potatoes - Peeled, boiled, mashed.
• 2 tsp Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp Butter
• 3 tbsp Milk
• 1 Beaten egg
