- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 4 egg yolks
- ⅓ cup cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup (½ stick) Dinner Bell Creamery Unsalted Butter, diced, cold
- Whipped cream, for serving
