• 1 lb of Ground Beef
• 1 Large Yellow Onion, chopped
• 3 Cloves of Garlic
• 1 28 oz can of Diced Tomatoes
• 1 4 oz can of Diced Green Chilis
• 1 14 oz can of Whole Corn Kernels
• 1 14 oz can of Black Beans or Kidney Beans
• 2 cups of Beef Stock
• 1 Tbsp of Chili Powder
• 1 tsp of Onion powder
• 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp of Paprika
• 1 tsp of Cumin
• 1/2 tsp of Oregano
• 1/2 tsp of Cornstarch
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
