Ingredients

  • 8 Pork Cutlets
  • 1 cup(s) Apple Cider
  • 1 Apple (sliced)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • Cover the skillet and cook on medium heat for 4 minutes. Remove the cover, flip the pork and apple slices, and cook for another 4 minutes. The pork should reach 145ºF internal temperature.
  • Once done cooking, remove the pork from the pot and let sit for 3 minutes before serving. Top the cutlets with the cooked onions, apple slices and sauce from the pot. Enjoy!
