Mandarin sour cream ice cream recipe
Very creamy tangerine sour ice cream. The ice cream is wonderfully creamy, doesn't get rock hard in the freezer and is super easy to portion!
Ingredients
- 125 gr Eis-Perfecto
- 80 g sugar
- 15 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
- 300 g tangerines fresh or canned
- 227 g milk 3,5%
- 250 g Schmand
- 2 g vanilla paste
- 1 g citric acid (about 1/4 tsp)
- Optional 6g Perfecto-Cremosa paste
- Variant without sugar
- 125 gr Perfecto-X
- 80 g xylitol
- 15g XBindemittel-Perfecto
- Ingredients that are later added to the ice cream
- 250g tangerineVariegato
