Ingredients

• 1 lb. of shelled shrimp
• 1 tbsp. of Stellino Rub (See Below)
• 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ tsp of red pepper flakes.
• 1 cup of finely diced and seeded red and yellow peppers
• 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
• 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
• ½ cup of white wine
• 2 tablespoons of softened butter
