Burge: Recipes - Ham & Corn Chowder

Ingredients

• 1 2-lb. bag of Ore Ida diced/small-cubed hash brown potatoes
• 2 Tablespoons margarine
• 2 cups cooked ham, diced
• 2 cans whole kernel corn
• 3 cans cream style corn
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 quart Half & Half (milk can be used here)
• 1 cup chopped onion
• Salt and pepper to taste
