• 3 lbs ground beef ( (80/20))
• 15 oz italian bread crumbs
• 1 lbs bacon
• 2 whole eggs
• 1 lbs sweet peppers (red, orange, green) (diced)
• 1 large green bell pepper (diced)
• 1 large white onion (diced)
• 3 tbsps garlic (minced)
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 2 tbsps olive oil (extra virgin)
