• 1 cup Oil, canola
• 5 lb. Mushrooms, shiitake, stemmed, sliced ½-inch
• 1 ½ cups Onion, yellow, small diced
• As needed Water
• 1/3 cup Garlic, minced
• 1 cup Scallion (Green onion), sliced thinly
• 1 ¼ cups Kikkoman® Unagi Tare
• ¼ cup Maple syrup
• 25 ea. Nori, sheet, cut in half, lengthwise
• 1 lb. Cucumber, peeled, julienned
• 1 lb. Carrot, peeled, julienned
• 5 ea. Avocado, peeled, seeded, sliced ¼ inch
• ¾ cup Sesame seeds, toasted
