Ingredients
- 4 sticks celery (cut in to batons or strips )
- good pinch salt
- 60 g self raising flour
- 10 g corn flour
- 1/2 teaspoon each of turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander and chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 3 tablespoons water or enough coconut milk (to mix in to a batter )
